Travel along the long stretch of white sand of Aleipata district. Enjoy an island BBQ on the golden sand of Lalomanu beach just when you relax from snorkeling. Drive through Lemafa Pass (350mtrs above sea level) with spectacular views to all directions. Cool off in the refreshing spring water of Piula Cave Pools ( 2 caves via an underwater entrance). See the biggest waterfall in the island before returning home.

ï	Visit picturesque 'Return to Paradise' beach made famous by the 1952 movie classic starring Gary Cooper. Swim, snorkel and enjoy lunch under the coconut palms or in the open fales at the safety of Matareva Beach. Swim in the warm waters of Loloa fresh water spring in the village of Siumu.

Visit the Museum home of the late teller of tales Robert Louis Stevenson. See both the Food & Handicraft markets for some good buys. Continue on to Mulinuu Peninsula to see the Parliament house and the sacred burial grounds of the Chiefs and former leaders of Samoa. See the chocolate factory and taste some samples of cocoa chocolate made on the island.

A small outboard motor boat from Satitoa village in Aleipata district will ferry you out to Namua Island. You are greeted by a local family. Delight in Samoan food prepared for you by them for lunch. Take a 35 minute bush walk around the island and soak in the beautiful sights Swim in a crystal clear pool and snorkel around the island whilst sighting live coral, fish and the many different types of local birds.
